How long it takes
Everything is made to order in the UK. We hold no stock. Your shirt is printed or stitched after you buy it, by hand, and then checked before it goes anywhere. That is why a Turnstile parcel takes longer than one from a shop with a stockroom — and why nothing we make ends up in a bin because it did not sell.
- 3–5 working days to make and check
- 2–5 working days in the post, Royal Mail Tracked
- 5–10 working days from order to doorstep
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays. Christmas stretches everything, and so does a cup run — when a club is having a good month, orders for that club tend to arrive all at once. If yours is running past that window, email us and we will look into it.
What it costs
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, whatever you spend and however many shirts are in it. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.
We only ship within the UK at the moment.
Tracking it
You will get an email with a tracking link the moment it is posted. If it has not appeared, check your junk folder before anything else — that is where it usually is.
If the address was wrong
Tell us as soon as you notice. If it has not gone to the printers yet we can change it. Once it has been posted we cannot recall it, and a parcel delivered to an address you gave us is not something we can replace.
If it has not arrived
Check the tracking, then check with neighbours and wherever your postie leaves things. If it is still missing, email us with your order number and we will chase it with Royal Mail.
A word before you order
We are a very small operation and we hold no stock at all. Every shirt is made for the order it belongs to, so one that comes back cannot go onto a shelf and wait for someone else — there is no shelf. A return costs us the whole garment.
So if there is one favour we would ask, it is this: check the size guide before you order. The measurements are of the garment laid flat, and the quickest check of all is to measure a shirt you already like the fit of and compare the two. If you are between sizes or not sure, email us before you buy and we will talk it through — we would far rather spend five minutes helping you get it right than have it come back.
Changing your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of your order arriving. Tell us within those 14 days, send it back within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you within 14 days of it reaching us.
It needs to come back unworn, with the tags on, in the packaging it arrived in. Try it on by all means — the same as you would in a shop. But if it comes back worn we may reduce the refund to reflect what it is now worth.
Return postage is yours to pay, and it is not refunded. We will give you the address when you tell us you are sending it back.
If something is wrong with it
Faulty, damaged, the wrong item, or not what the page described — that is ours to put right, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything above.
Email us within 14 days of it arriving with your order number and a photo. If it is a fault, you choose a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the postage both ways.
