Who we are

This website is operated by Dan Henshaw, trading as Turnstile Clothing. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they refer to Turnstile Clothing. Our contact details, including our business address, are on our Contact information page.

These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. We may change them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.

Our products

Everything we sell is made to order. We hold no stock. Products are printed or embroidered after you buy them, so the lead times in our Shipping policy apply to every order.

Product images are mockups or photographs intended to show the design. Screens vary, and a printed colour will not always match what you see exactly. Garment measurements are on our size guide and are taken from the garment laid flat.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted, not when you pay.

We may decline an order — for example if we cannot make the item, if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we cannot take payment. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Where a discount applies to more than one item, it is applied automatically at checkout and is shown before you pay.

Cancelling, returning and faults

Your right to cancel, how to return an item, who pays return postage, and what happens if something is faulty are all set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our designs

Our designs are original to Turnstile. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or reuse our designs, photographs or written content without our written permission.

Turnstile Clothing is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club, player or organisation. Where a club name appears, it is used only to describe who a design is for.

If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, email hello@turnstileclothing.co.uk and we will look at it properly.

Using this website

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works for anyone else.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

As we sell to consumers, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
